Please note that prices for our webinars and training programs are subject to change without prior notice. We will honor the prices at the time of your registration, but we reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.

Refunds

Growlity aims to provide high-quality webinars and training programs to our participants. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If you have registered for a webinar or training program and have not received the access details within the stipulated time, we will issue a refund.

If the webinar or training program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund.

If you have registered for a webinar or training program and are not satisfied with it, we will issue a refund.

Please note that we may require additional information from you to process your refund request. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving all the necessary information. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your registration for a webinar or training program, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel your registration and issue a refund. If the webinar or training program has already started, we may not be able to issue a refund.
